What does AskWhisper actually do?
AskWhisper runs everything a traveller sees, from the first website visit to the thank-you after checkout. You describe your hotel and it builds the website, then it answers the messages and calls, sends the offers and emails, and keeps every detail in step across all of them.
Can I start with one part of the platform?
Yes, though the parts get better together. A website that reads the same information as your inbox and your guest app stays right on its own; one that doesn't goes stale the first time you change a price. Most hotels end up running more of the journey from one place.
Is AskWhisper a booking engine?
No. AskWhisper sits on top of the systems you already run, including whichever booking engine you use. It reads your live data, puts it everywhere a traveller looks, and sends travellers into that engine with the room and dates they were looking at. The payment never moves through AskWhisper.
Do I have to replace my PMS?
No. AskWhisper reads live data from your PMS and writes back to it, and your reservations stay exactly where they are. It is a layer on top of your existing stack, not a replacement for it. The same goes for your channel manager and your key system.
