Is there a minimum contract period?

Contract terms depend on the size and setup of your property, so speak to our team for the specifics. Arrangements are flexible and run from single B&Bs to large hotel groups. Nothing about the platform locks your data in: your PMS, booking engine and reservations stay where they are.

How long does setup take?

Most properties go live within a few days. You describe the property, the first version of everything you switched on comes back from that description, and connecting your PMS is a matter of approving access. There's no migration and no data-entry project to work through first.

Do I need someone technical to run it?

No. Everything is edited in one place, in plain language, the same way you described the property in the first place. Connecting a PMS or a key system is done by approving access rather than by writing anything. There is nothing to host, update or patch.

Can I customize the messaging to match my brand?

Yes, fully. Every message, the guest app and the automated journeys carry your brand: your tone of voice, your visual identity, your wording. You change any of it from one place, in plain language, and what you change is what the guest sees on every channel.

What if I need to change my content once the app is live?

You change it in the dashboard whenever you like, and it applies across every channel at once. The website, the chat answers, the emails and the guest app all read from the same set of facts about your hotel, so there is no second place left showing the old version.
