Questions hoteliers ask

What can AskWhisper do automatically for a hotel?

AskWhisper sends the pre-arrival and post-stay emails, offers upsells at the moment a guest is most likely to take them, issues and expires digital keys, and pushes operational notices to everyone staying. You set it up once and it runs on its own from then on.

Do guests get spammed?

No. Messages go to the guests they apply to, at the point they're actually useful. A guest who already bought breakfast doesn't get offered breakfast, and what goes out depends on the room, the stay and what they booked rather than on one list of everybody.

Do I keep control over what goes out?

Yes. You decide what's offered, to whom and when, and nothing sends that you haven't set up. The wording is yours and the timing is yours, and you can change either in one place rather than editing each message on its own.

Does this need my PMS?

Some of it does. Digital keys and anything reading live reservation data need a supported PMS on both sides. Messaging, upsells and the guest app don't, so a hotel without a connected PMS still runs most of what this part of the platform does.
