How does AskWhisper work for hotel groups with multiple properties?+
Hotel groups manage all properties from one platform. Set your brand standards once and roll them out everywhere β consistent guest communication, check-in flows, and upselling across all properties. Each property can still customize its own content while following group-wide templates.
Does AskWhisper work without a PMS integration?+
While PMS integration enables full automation (automatic guest journeys triggered by reservations), AskWhisper can also work standalone. You can use the AI WhatsApp assistant, guest app, and manual messaging features without a PMS connection.

How much does AskWhisper cost?+
AskWhisper starts at β¬5 per room per month (minimum β¬19/month) with a one-time β¬399 setup fee. The base plan includes PMS integration, 24/7 AI assistant on WhatsApp, webchat & email, a branded WhatsApp profile, guest app, and automated guest journey messaging. Optional add-ons for upselling and digital keys are available at β¬2/room/month each. A Custom Partnership plan is available for hotel groups with specific requirements.
Is there a minimum contract period?+
