What we launched
The Journey Builder is a hotelier-configurable engine for proactive, segmented guest communication over WhatsApp.
Instead of waiting for a guest to ask a question, the platform triggers the right message, upsell or recommendation at the right moment in the guest journey - pre-arrival, pre-check-in and in-stay. Hoteliers define the segmentation themselves, based on booking attributes such as amenities booked, room type, children in the booking and length of stay.

Journeys are triggered by real booking attributes - amenities, room type, children in the booking, length of stay - so every guest gets communication that fits their stay.
Hotelier-defined rules
A visual journey canvas lets hoteliers set triggers, filters and message steps themselves, keeping them in control and building trust in the AI.
Delivered on WhatsApp
Messages reach guests on a channel they already use, with a hardened AI response layer that reliably handles follow-up questions.
Validated in two live markets
The Journey Builder was validated in two live pilots before rolling out to the wider customer base, showing approximately 3x uplift in upsell conversion with tailored recommendations.
Belgium
Independent hotel pilot
The first pilot ran at a Belgian property, confirming that hotelier-defined segmentation drove higher upsell conversion and smooth day-to-day operation.
Marrakech, Morocco
Riad pilot
A riad in Marrakech validated cross-market replicability, showing the feature works across borders without heavy PMS integration.
Hoteliers told us they wanted to stay in control of how they talk to guests. The Journey Builder gives them proactive, personalised communication on their own terms - and that is exactly why it rolled out to 50+ hotels so smoothly.
